She has a new title and a new office and gets to continue the work she loves - helping the residents of Harrison County with their health needs. Nicole Carritt was appointed administrator of public health in October by the Harrison County Board of Health after Glenna Plath resigned from that position.

But the larger-than-life art installation displayed on Richard Hein's land is actually the work of artist John Cerney.

Some Logan-Magnolia junior high students are discovering may have a future as engineers and computer programmers. They are members of the For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology Lego League started in Harrison County this year with the cooperation of the Harrison County Extension Office.
